The States were Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Denver, and Kansas. The geat plain states.

The plants were dyeing and the people had no money to bye their crops.

Most people were unemployed and had little food. And staved to death.

If I were alive in the great depression I would keep pushing on and try to go to Canada or up in to Maine. I think this would be helpful to my well being because the great depression. The depression happened in the great plain states and not in the northeast. The great depression happened to a lot of people and was a not a good expression. The worst part I would have stole food and or killed for it. Or take over people houses. And eat their food.

1.Texas, oaklahoma, new mexico, denver, and kansas
2.the farmers would have major droughts
3.The major hardship of city people was jobless and no money
4.I am living on the streets and have no money. Asking people for money and food. I would have people doing the same to me. I would see dry land. People sleeping by garbage cans. Kids would be sad and not having fun. This what my life would be like if lived in the Great Depression

1. Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Denver, and Kansas.
2. A major hardship was droughts.
3. They were joblessness.
4. If i lived back then and had to go through the depression, i believe things would be very hard. Even the name means people were depressed. My whole life would be different. I probably wouldn't have food, money, or a job. Neither would my parents and thats something ive never experienced before. We've always had money, both my parents work and we never not have food. Also we could lose our home and maybe not have shelter. All these things would suck pretty badly. Therefore im glad i wasn't alive back then. The depression is a cause of many problems including the stock market crash.

The dust bowl took place in Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Denver, and Kansas.

They couldn't support their families because nothing would grow.

The banks ran out of money, and ppl were forced to sell their homes.

My family is forced to moved out, the bank ran out of money and i can't recieve any of my emergency money. People were lin3d up at soup kitchens. There is racism everywhere. Poor black men sitting on the streets begging for a dime to support their families.

And Mr. Mountian is the coolest teacher ever!!

2.Droughts.
3. Job/money loss.
4. The great depression was terrible. There were great loss of jobs and money. Many people starved and lost their houses due to bankruptcy. Few had jobs, many were laid off and then soon became poor from no money coming in. The grat depression would have been awful to live through.

1.) South plains
2.) Crops were dieing and not living
3.) Most people were unemployed and had like almost no food
4.)there is dust almost everywere so it was really hard to breath.

If i lived in the Great depression then i would save food that i didnt eat,try not to use much money only on nacesities. If people lived thru the Depression then they can basicly live thru anything. Life back then was hard to begin with hardly any jobs or money. Then when the Stalks broke down everyone became poor, and the government wanted to stay out of it.No wounder Hoover didnt get elected again he didnt deserve to. Many people also lost there jobs which only made it worse.I would have hated to live thru that torcher!!I most likely would have rather died then go thru it. I can only imagein what those people had to go thru.

1.They were Kansas,Okaloma,New Mexico,Denver,Texas.

2.The hardships they had were that all there crops, livestock, and other crops were going bigger in price and they couldnt afford those things.
3. The hardships the people in the city were the dust storms were not good so they all moved to California. And that all the peoples jobs were all lost and couldnt work. And some of the people had to have camps on the side of the roads and they couldnt work.
4.The problems that i would of had is that all the livestock prices would go up.Then all the prices in every day prices would be bigger prices then usual. Then my family would have lots of work but then the president wouldnt have any jobs. Then all my family would lose everything that we had. Then my family would work for nothing. Then the whole state or where I live would have nothing just like my family would have. That is what my family would have in the great depression in everything else.

The Great Plain States

THERE WAS NOT ENOUGH MONEY TO FARM SO THEREFORE THEIR CROPS DIED AND LOST COSTUMERS

MONEY WAS HARD TO FIND AFTER THE CRASH SO PEOPLE AND COMPANYS HAD NO MONEY TO GIVE TO THEIR EMPLOYES

IF I WAS IN THE GREAT DEPRESSION, I THINK IT WOULD BE A TIME IN ANYBODYS LIFE WERE IT WAS THE WORST. THERE WAS NO FOOD NO MONEY AND NO WORK. EVERYBODY WAS LAYED OFF. HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE LINED UP OUTSIDE OF "FREE" FOOD SURVICES. ON TOP OF THAT THE GOV.T DIDNT GET INVOLVED. IN THE NOV. ELECTION THE PRESIDENT (AT THIS TIME) EVERY BODY HATED, HE LOST THE ELECTION. AFTER WWII THE DEPRESSION WAS OVER.

3)They didn't have any money to buy any food and had no jobs or a place to live.

4)When I was alive the durning the deprssion it was hard times. We had no jobs or houses to live in. Everybody had no money to buy food. When we needed food we went to soup shelters that gave free soup coffee and doughnuts. We tired to move to texas but had no money for gas. The dust bowl states had no crops to farm. My brother sent me a postcard that cost two dollars. It was a really hard and dark time for the America.

Texas, New Mexico, Denver, Oklahoma, and Kansas

The farmers had a bad drought.

People lost money and jobs.

If I were alive during the depression life would be hard. I would lose my job. I wouldnt have any money. I would lose my car if I had one. Or I wouldnt be able to buy gas. I wouldnt have food. I wouldnt have transportation. Life would be bad for everyone.
