In July of 1776 the colonists passed the Declaration of Independence declaring independence from Britain. It was an act of treason that meant certain death if they were caught. I would vote for independence to be free. You shouldn't be killed for what you believe in, so I would vote for what I believe in.
I would vote for independence. I would vote because i would be sick of all the taxes. Another reason is because of all the British rules. The finaal reason is because of all the British people in our towns and invading our homes. That is why i would vote for independence.

I vote for independance because it is something that i think everyone should have. you should be able to live in your home without people or soldiers barging in. Freedom of speech is very important. I would definately vote for independance.

If I had lived during the Revolutionary War, I would of supported independence. When America became independent, we had the ability to make our own decisions on taxes, imports, and land. When England ruled the colonies, the government in England made all of the important decisions without the colonists consent. Becoming indepentent and separating from England would give the colonies the ability to decide things for themselves, which would be much better than being ruled by a country overseas where we would have no say in the decisions.
Yes, I would vote for Independence. It would say that I would get to do more stuff than other countries. I want to be free and not told what to do. People were getting killed for what they believed in and that shouldn't happen. Taxes on things would be lower and on not as many things. I would surely vote for indepenedence.

There are many reasons why I choose to become anti-British. I want receive many benefits from becoming Independent. I want to receive trading rights with any countries and also land as far as the eye can see. I want taxes to disappear and to only be placed on reasonable items with a reasonable percentage. We can make our own decisions by our own goverment, instead of other countries making them for us. I would also like to be independent so we don't have to be taxed on everything.
