I think that Lexington and Concord were the most important because this is when Paul Revere took the midnight ride to tell everybody else that the British were coming to fight.

Saratoga

Saratoga was the most important event in the war because it was the turning point in the war for the Americans. The British had one every battle until this point in the war. The Americans were losing until the battle of Saratoga and they defeated the British and this encouraged the colonies that they have a chance to win the war. This also encouraged France to join the war because they realized that the Americans actually had a chance of winning the war so they wanted to help now. This is more important than any other event in the revolutionary because the Americans are one step closer to freedom and rights.

Saratoga
Out of everything that happened in the Revolutionary War, Saratoga was the most important event that happened. It was around the Hudson River in New York, 1777. It was very important for the Americans because it was a turning point. Before this war, the Americans were loosing. During this war they forced the British to surrender. During this war they proved that they could be stronger than the British and showed that they really wanted freedom and have rights.

The signing of The Declaration of Independence was most important to the war. It was most important because it declared in 1776 American a free country. It also helped move the war into its later stages. The signing of The Declaration of Independence also inspired many people into fighting in the war. After the signing in 1776 it was sent to Great Brittan, where King George III read it. He greatly disapproved of it though. There were many important battles following the signing of The Declaration of Independence. Some of the battles include The Battle at Saratoga and Bunker Hill. So in effect, the signing of The Declaration of Independence was a kick start to the war, which by this time had already begun.

The Battle of Saratoga

The battle at Saratoga was the most important part of the Revolutionary War. It was one of the later battles of war. Saratoga was the turning point of the war. The American’s forced the British to surrender at Saratoga. General John Burgoyne’s troops were clearly out numbered by the American militia and troops. He had about 6,000 troops, while the American army had about 14,000. This battle changed the American’s advantages dramatically. The effects of Saratoga were that the French were persuaded to form an alliance with the American’s. Also, even though Spain really didn’t help the managed to give money to the American’s for war.

I think that the Battle of Saratoga was the most important. This war happened in 1777 near the Hudson river in New York. Britain and the Germans were fighting against the Americans. The British had about 5,000, but by the time of surrender, the Americans had about 12,000 to 14,000 militia troops. After a long fought battle the Americans won against the British. This led to more support to get their Independence.

I think the signing of the Declaration of Independence is the most important event in the Revolutionary war for one main reason. If their was no Declaration their would be no America. Luckily their was a signing and here is a little bit about it. Their were 56 men who signed it they were lawyers, merchants and, farmers. In the end all the signers died if wounds or hardships of the Revolutionary war.

I think the battle at Saratoga was the most important for many reasons. I think that because it was the turning point for the Americans. The British army surrendered to the Americans on October 17, 1777. The Americans had a bigger army than the British by 8,000. Also, the Americans had many people to help them like the French. After the Americans won they had all the freedom they wanted. And that’s why I think the battle of Saratoga was the most important.

Valley Forge was the turning point of the war, and was very important, even though there was no battle there. The army arrived in December of 1777; they were cold, tired, hungry, in need of better clothing, sick, and untrained. It seemed that the army wouldn’t survive the winter. Then, Friedrich Wilhelm Ludolf Gerhard Augustin Madrich Estonich Valvonet Candor von Steuben arrived and trained the army. He is credited with teaching the Continental Army the essentials of military drill and discipline, helping to guide it to victory. Six months later, on June 19, 1778, they left Valley Forge very trained and had good morales. They were ready to defeat the British Army.

Saratoga

I think that Saratoga was the turning point in the war. I think this because the Americans just won at Trenton and Princeton but the British were still winning and they wanted to win the war fast. The British wanted to capture Albany so they could have control of the Hudson River. In October 1777, the to sides met and fought eachother. The Americans pushed the British back, surrounded them, and made them surrender. This win convinced the French to help the Americans.

Declaration of Independence

The sign of the declaration of independence was important because it lead our contry to freedom and we could have independence. Some of the signer were, Benjamin Franklin, John Adams, William Whipple, John Penn, Samual Chase. The Declaration of Independence is at once the nation's most cherished Document of liberty and Jefferson's most enduring monument. Without this, we would not be where we are today. This document allowed America, to be America. This is why the declaration of independence was the most important event in the Revalutionary war.

think signing the declaration of independence was important because it declared our country independent. Also it gave us more of a reason to fight Brittan. Originally we were fighting to stop Brittan from controlling us then we were fighting to control ourselves. This document got us the freedom we have today. That is why I think the signing of the delectation of independence was important.

The Battle of Bunker Hill
The Battle of Bunker Hill started took place on June 17, 1775. The British and the Americans were fighting in this battle. On the night of June 16th , they planned for attack. The Americans were at the bottom of the Breed Hill, and British soldiers were placed at the top of Breed Hill. Even though British soldiers won, it was British’s biggest loss of the whole war. This was very important for the Americans because it was the biggest loss of the British soldiers in the whole war. This s what happened at the battle of Bunker Hill and why the Battle of Bunker Hill was the most important battle fought.

The Battle of Bunker Hill

This was one of the earlier battles of the American Revolution. The battle’s name is a misnomer because a major part of the engagement actually took place on Breed’s Hill. The place of this battle was Charlestown, Massachusetts across the Charles River from Boston. The British commanders for this battle were General Thomas Gage and General Sir William Howe. These two leaders were very skilled in leading British troops into battle. The American commanders were Colonel William Prescott, General Israel Putnam, and Joseph Warren. These Generals were fairly skilled in combat. On June 16, 1775, over 1,000 patriots marched over to Breed’s Hill. They fortified it with bales of cotton, trenches, and hay. General Gage ordered the British ships to start bombarding the Americans until the British troops were able to arrive. Soon after, British troops started to arrive at Breed’s Hill. Prescott’s men would be the first to be attacked. General Howe led about 5,000 troops into battle to attack. The British’s first attack failed. They retreated. They went up the Hill with troops heading different ways this time, but this attack failed again. The American’s were running low on ammo and gun powder. The British were enraged and took off their heavy packs before charging the third time. The Americans had to retreat. The British were astounded with their losses of more than 1,000 men either dead, wounded, or prisoners. The Americans only lost about 400 or less. The British won because at the end they had captured the Hill. A famous quote from that was is remembered today, “Don’t fire until you see the whites of their eyes.” The battle of Bunker Hill is remembered as a very famous battle today.

Saratoga.

I think the battle of Saratoga was the most important part of the war. I think it was the most important because it was the turning point of the war. With out it we might still be part of Brittan. Also the America just won Princeton and Trenton so they would have new hope from wining a lot in arrow. I think Saratoga was the most important because it was two battles in one, and the Americans won both.

The reason why the battle of Ticonderoga was the most important battle of the Revolutionary War

I believe that the battle of Ticonderoga was the most important battle because there were more British troops than the Americans and French. The Americans were surprisingly able to beat the British troops at the fort Ticonderoga. The battle of Ticonderoga was in 1757-1762 and was also called the seven year war. The battle took place at the southern tip of Lake Champlain in the United States. On the boarders of Northern New York State Vermont.

The people fighting were British and American colonial troops against French regular and colonial troops. The generals of the war

I think when John Paul Jones was the most important thing in the revolutionary war for many reasons. First, it is the most important because without him they would not have had a good ship to fight the British. Also, one of the greatest things in his personality was that even if he was down and losing and his ship was about to blow up he never quit. He said a famous quote and it said that he will fight before he dies. Those are some of the most important thing he did and why he was the most important thing in the Revolutionary War.

The battle of the Serapis and John Paul Jones was very interesting in many ways. One way is that John Paul Jones’s boat also known as Bohomme Richards was the underdog in the fight. Also during the battle John Paul Jones had many times to surrender but he never gave up. Last but not least at the end of the battle they got away with the win and got the enemy’s boat in the process but also losing there boat. In conclusion the battle between the serapis and John Paul Jones was very interesting.

The battle of Saratoga was a very important battle during the Revolutionary war. It was a turning point in the war for the Americans. They were on a very bad losing streak, and once they won, they got some European countries support, such as Spain and France. Once the Americans got this support, the British were getting weakened from the Americans and their help. Some important people from these European countries, such as Von Stueben, made the Americans into a good army. That is why I think the battle of Saratoga is the most important.

I think the battle of Bunker Hill is the most important for many reasons. It took place in
Massachusetts, in June 1775. This battle is important because lots of blood was shed on both sides of the revolutionary war. Also, the colonists of America gained independence from the British. Some bad things about the battle of Bunker Hill is that 400 hundred American soldiers= ( As you can see that is why the battle of Bunker hill is important.
