Saratoga
Out of all the battles in the revolutionary war Saratoga was the most import. It was the most important because it was the turning point. It took place in Saratoga on the Hudson River in New York State. This took place in 1777 and it was very important to the Americans. This was the major turning point to the war because the Americans lost every war up until the war. This proved that the Americans could be stronger then the British and actually have a chance at winning the war. That is why the battle at Saratoga was so important!

I think the signing of the declaration of independence is most important because when people when the war was going on then they could have more soldiers because the signing made everyone equal. Then when they got more people from wherever they needed from they could all fight and break down the British. Then also when people were free throughout the country then George Washington could become one with the people. Then when the people could have a say in all the taxes that they did or didn’t want. Since Everyone was had free speech then the people could have a say in almost every government.

The battle of Saratoga was the most important battle of the Revolutionary war. The Americans made the British surrender with over 6,000 troops. It also was the turning point for the Americans and showed that they still had hope. The Americans also got some help from other countries because they thought America could turn things around, and they did. Saratoga was the most important part of the Revolutionary war.

I think the battle of Saratoga was the most important event in the war. It was a huge battle and it was the turning point of the war. The battle of Saratoga took place in Saratoga on the Hudson River in New York State. The battle took place in 1777. It was important because this battle proved America could win the war. After this battle, other countries sent help to America. Ergo, I think the battle of Saratoga was the most important event in the war.

The battle of Saratoga is one of the most important battles in the history of the United States of America. It took place on the Hudson River in New York State and it was the British and German troops against the Americans. The Americans forced the British and German surrendered. Before this battle the Americans were in a slump and their independence wasn’t looking like it was coming any time soon. But when they won this battle, it turned everything around. It was the turning point of the war and put the Americans in the lead. Independence here we come!

`The battle of Saratoga was the most important event in the Revolutionary War. This is for a couple of reasons. First, it was the first big American win against the British. This probably helped the Americans gain confidence. Next, by winning this battle made the British delay and allowed the Americans to re-organize their army and prepare for there next encounter. Last, this battle was considered a major turning point in the race for independence. This also made the French come over and become allies of the Americans. The battle of Saratoga was the most important battle during the Revolutionary War. It was the biggest turning point during this time. Tyler Stone Pd.4

I think that the defeat of the Serapis by John Paul Jones was the most important battle for many reasons. Here are a few. First it defeated one of the British’s strongest ships. Also the battle showed that the Americans were not afraid to fight. Those are just a few reason why I think that this battle was important.

I think that the most important event during the Revolutionary War was the crossing of the Delaware River on Christmas, 1776. I believe this because it was a huge turning point in the war. I believe it was a smart attack on Britain because being Christmas Day the Brits wouldn’t have been ready for an attack. Also, it was a risky move because the waters were ice-swollen, the weather was horrible, and the winds, combined with snow made it almost impossible to cross. SO Britain would think that this should be an easy day and it will be a day of rest and they can get prepared for the next battle. SO in conclusion, I believe that the most important event during the Revolutionary War was the General Washington’s crossing of the Delaware River.

The battle at Saratoga was a very important battle. It was the turning point for the Americans after this win. More people from other countries help them fight. They thought Americans had more of a chance to win. Most of them came from France. That helped a lot because they could bring over more weapons and supplies. That was the most important battle.

I think that the signing of the declaration of independence was the most important event in the revolutionary war. I think it was the most important event because without it there wouldn’t even be a revolutionary war. When they signed it more people would join the war because everyone was equal and had the same rights as each other. After that they could get more people from different places. If they got all those people they could fight the British and win. Everyone in the country would be free and do what they want. Everybody could say whether they wanted to join the revolutionary war or not and if there free they probably will. That is why I think the signing of the declaration of independence was the most important event in the revolutionary war.

The Battle of Saratoga was the most important battle in the revolutionary for many reasons. First it was the first big win for the Americans. This gave the Americans a huge boost of confidence. Next, the British delays and defeats had brought the Americans enough time to re-organize and reinforce their army. This battle was also a major turning point in the Revolutionary War. This is why the Battle of Saratoga was the most important battle in the Revolutionary War.

I think that the most important thing during the Revolutionary war was the signing of the Declaration of Independence. This was very important because the signing of the Declaration of Independence gave freedom to America. The Declaration of the Independence was also signed by many important people. Some of the people were Benjamin Franklin, Samuel Adams, and John Hancock. John Hancock also made the Declaration of Independence more important by signing his name big, so the King George could see his signature without his glassed. Thomas Jefferson took a long time writing the Declaration of Independence. The Declaration of Independence is now a special day, (Fourth of July), and America celebrates this special/ important day.

I think that the most important battle of the revolutionary war was the battle of Saratoga. The reason I picked this battle was because it was the turning point of the whole war. Saratoga got America noticed that they had potential to win the war for independence. All the smart countries helped America if they didn’t they would be enemies with the most powerful country in the world. I think that I could’ve found a better pick of a war but I am short on time so got to go. Leave me a comment for me at bert7860@AIM.com

The battle of Yorktown was the most important. The Americans and French co-operated together to win. It was the last big battle of the war too! So barely any bloodshed was let loose afterward! And finallyu 8,000 British soldiers were captured too! [more then Saratoga.] And cannon and many munitions were also captured! So by far the battle of Yorktown was the most important! :]
